Teresa Kirkwood is founder and Vice President, Operations of CentralKnowledge and president of LearningSourceOnline.com, CentralKnowledge’s e-learning division.

Teresa’s focus is making training relevant to employees and organizations. She, along with her partner, develops training infrastructures and solutions that contribute directly to strategic objectives. Teresa is one of the leading learning strategists in the world and is fully involved in building result-driven learning solutions

Teresa is a founding member and past Vice Chair for one of the fastest growing chapters of the Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD), Quebec chapter, and is involved in many national level committees. Teresa recently received CSTD’s industry-recognized Certified Training & Development Professional designation.She also serves on the boards and committees of various national training and community organizations.

Teresa regularly writes for many prominent publications and, along with her partner Ajay Pangarkar, recently published their third book with John Wiley & Sons titled, “The Trainers Balanced Scorecard: A Complete Resource for Linking Learning and Growth to Organizational Strategy” (March 2009) and have also authored, “The Trainers Portable Mentor” (June 2008) and “Building Business Acumen for Trainers: Skills to Empower the Learning Function” (2006) through Pfeiffer (John Wiley & Sons).
